 WRAHA have been assisting in areas of shelters, job foods and other humanitarian aides for years.WRAHA have also been resettling Refugees from different parts of the world since 1990 in collaborations with the UNHCR, US Bureau population and American Refugee Committee (ARC).  WRAHA Opportunities    Refugee Assemblies Humanutarian Agency conducts Global employment and housing resettlement programmes annually. Through this programme, many citizens of the
third world countries have been  assisted  to own houses with secured and well paid jobs in the Unites States. Applicants who applied through the normal procedures are the ones who can only achieve this opportunities. In order to benefit from the WRAHA employment and housing resettlement program, applicants applying from the third world countries are to meet up with the following requirements

 QUALIFICATION    Wraha applicant should at least be able to read and write in any of the following official languages: English, French and Spanish. Special preferences will be given to applicants with higher qualification during  the placement of jobs in US, UK and Canada. Applicants should be in the working class of 18- 55years old.

WRAHA Form received without the payment receipt for the processing  will not be PROCESSED Any SINGLE application or application NOT IN GROUP of 5 to 15 persons will not be processed. All application forms filled by the group must be return together at the same time. You acknowledge that the operation and availability of the communications systems used for accessing and interacting with the Services (e.g., the public telephone, computer networks and the Internet) or to transmit information to the immigration authorities can be unpredictable and may, from time to time, interfere with or prevent access to services or their operation.WRAHA Organization is not in any way responsible for any such interference with or prevention of your use of or access to services.

Except to the extent of the limited warranty (of calculation accuracy) described above, the entire liability of WRAHA Organization for any reason shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services purchased from WRAHA Organization. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,WRAHA Organization are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including damages for loss of immigration status, deportation, or the like), Whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if WRAHA Organization have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

The limitations of damages or liability set forth in this Agreement are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between WRAHA Organization and you. You acknowledge and agree that WRAHA Organization would not be able to provide the Services on an economic basis without such limitations.

Own risk

Your use of the Service and the Sites is at your own risk. Usafis Organization SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE AND THE SITES AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE AND THE SITES OR ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RESPONSE TO OR AS A RESULT OF ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE AND THE SITES. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST Usafis Organization, AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND LICENSORS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND THE SITES AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THEREON.

Information you post

Any communication or material you post or transmit to the Service and/or the Sites is, will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. You assume full responsibility for anything you post or transmit, and you grant WRAHA Organization and its affiliates the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any information or content you post or transmit for any purpose, including but not limited to registration for the program.

WRAHA Organization and its affiliates do not review or monitor any web sites linked to the Service and the Sites and are not responsible for the content of any such linked web sites. Your linking to such web sites is at your own risk.

You should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, email address) on a bulletin board, chat room or on any other user or member generated pages, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other parties.

The Service and the Sites may include bulletin boards, chat rooms and other user and member created pages which allow you and other users and members to post information, provide feedback  WRAHA and its affiliates, and interact in real-time. You agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, violate the rights of others, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. Fees & refund policy

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the WRAHA Management bord. Fee paid is NOT recoverable if filing of the lRegistry application Form  is made impossible by any events beyond the control of WRAHA Organization. (For example, including but not limited to Act of War, Acts of Nature, Technological limitations, economical Resources, Legislative or procedural change and/or State Action). You acknowledge that you will not submit duplicate applications and WRAHA Organization Bord  will not be responsible for any such submissions. The Government does not have a fee for entering the  states. WRAHA Organization is a private company and if you select to hire WRAHA Organization services to submit your application your fee will be applied towards covering Usafis Organization's costs and time in handling and submitting your application.

 Use of service

Permitted Uses and Restrictions on Use Subject to this Agreement, a user is granted permission to use the Services to prepare WRAHA Lottery application as per the paid service. The Services may be used only for their intended purpose, and may not be used to prepare immigration forms, supporting documents or letters on a professional basis (i.e., for a immigration lawyer or other fee for immigration preparation services).

You shall not attempt to access any other of Usafis wraha Organization's systems, programs or data that are not made available for public use.

The payment of all fees and charges to wraha Organization, if applicable, must be made by a valid credit or charge card and/or other forms of accepted payments, except as otherwise provided herein, all fees and charges are non-refundable.

You are the only person authorized to use your user identification and You are responsible for the use of the Services under your user identification number, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your user identification   For security purposes, unless otherwise noted, Usafis wraha Organization will not disclose your user identification or   if you lose or forget it other than by sending it to your email address as provided during registration. Although it has taken significant measures to ensure the security of information submitted by you in using the Services,  Modifications

wrahas Organization has the right at any time and for any reason to modify or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Services, including but not limited to its content, functionality, availability, or its pricing.

Immigration laws and regulations

Immigration laws and regulations change frequently and their application can vary widely based upon the specific facts and circumstances involved. You are responsible for consulting with your own professional immigration advisors concerning your specific circumstances. wraha Organization disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy or adequacy of any positions taken by you in your applications. All warranties or guarantees given or made by wraha Organization with respect to the Services  (1) are for the benefit of the registered user of the Services only and are not transferable, and (2) shall be null and void if you breach any terms or conditions of this Agreement.

 Miscellaneous

WRAHA  Organization shall have the right to immediately terminate your access to or use of the Services in the event of any activities which are in breach of this agreement or conduct which, inWRAHA Organization's judgment, interferes with the operation or use of the Services (e.g., excessive usage of the Services which disrupts the use of the Services by other users). Termination of this agreement automatically terminates your license and authorization to use and/or access Services and any content or other material contained therein. This agreement (including any related content on the Services, such as the introductory and welcome pages, which by this reference are incorporated herein) set forth wraha Organization 's entire liability and your exclusive remedy with respect to the Services, and is a complete statement of the agreement between you andwraha Organization. This agreement does not limit any rights that wraha Organization may have under trade secret, copyright, patent or other laws. The employees of wraha  Organization are not authorized to make modifications to this agreement, or to make any additional representations, commitments, or warranties binding on wraha Organization, except in a writing signed by an authorized officer of wraha Organization. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then it shall be, to that extent, deemed omitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

You agree that wraha  Organization is permitted to access and use any other information provided by you to perform the Services and, if necessary, to access such information to obtain contact information in order to provide notifications relating to the Services to you.

WRAHA Organization is privately owned.WRAHA Organization is not the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), or Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS), or a law firm. If you choose, you can use WRAHA Organization services to prepare your application and re-submit it to the Registry office  due time. WRAHA Organization neither intend nor claim to provide Legal advice or solutions to individual's specific problems.

Applications submitted after the WRAHA Organization submission period will automatically be processed for the next  Program

Processing of Travelling Documents (IT)

Successful applicants will have their entry visas processed from their country of choice for  employment and housing resettlement programme.

All entry visas will be applied for from the respective government right channels for the visas depending on the system of Government being operated by the country.

All visas and other documents for the each group will be applied for on behalf of each group by the Refugee Immigration Lawyers .

The groups for the US programmes, will have their documents processed from the US Department of States Federal Bureau of Immigrant Affairs in Washington. 

WRAHA has no authority to authorised applicants documents. It is the Immigration Lawyers who are experts on this field.

They apply for all documents direct from bodies like US Federal Bureau of Immigrant Affairs. The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) regulation requires that Aliens (person) seek-
ing to enter US on basis of employment must obtain the US Labour certificates, which Will enable Alien to work legally in the US. The US Immigration Lawyers files an application on behalf of the individual Alien (worker) or applicant to the INS  and the Department of State respectively.

The actual admission of the Alien and the granting of authorization to work in the US is the responsibility of INS.The handling of documents processing by the US Immigration Lawyer and Refugee Immigration Lawyers has made the processing of all documents for applicants very effective. When the processing of the entry visas are completed,
We will forward confirmation of the authorized visas by fax to the embassy at the group ÃS  home country. The same copy will also be forwarded to the group.
We will then contact the Consular in your country and arrange for the day the group will appear at the embassy for the obtainment of the visa (stickers) The visas can only be issued to the group members whose names have already been file down  as of the time the documents were being processed . Without the presentation of the confirmation of the authorized visas to the consular, the
Visas will then be denied to the group. Applicants are therefore advised for their own benefits not to appear at the embassy without the copy of the confirmation of the authorized visas or before the confirmations are forwarded to them or the Embassy.
On receipt of the authorized visa confirmation by fax, groups that doesn Ãtt want
to appear at the Embassy  can forward their international passport whose data Ãs have already been forwarded to the head office. The passport should be transported by DHL to our office at the group  Ãs country of choice for resettlement for the issuance of the visas in their passports. The passports transportation cost for to and fro is at the expense of the group. Before forwarding the passports by DHL, Group members should makes sure that their group visas have already been authorized and confirmed to them by fax. Any group passports received at our office by DHL without the confirmation sent to them, will be returned without no visas.

AIR TICKECTS

The International Organisation for Migration (IOM) arranges transportation to

 US, UK and Canada on loan basis for the groupÃs trip. Particip[ant are expected to repay the cost of their transportation once they are established in their country of resettlement,

MEDICAL REPORT AND HEALTH CERTIFICATES
Before the departure date, all group members are expected to have their medical reports needed for the trip. The processing cost is on group reimbursement
